Visitor statistics.

I count visits without cookies and without tracking anyone across other sites. I use Plausible for this, on my own server. Your IP address and anything that could identify you are not stored, so there is no cookie notice either.

Messages and enquiries.

Your browser composes the message and opens it in your WhatsApp, e-mail or messages, and you send it. I use your number and message only to answer the enquiry and do the work. I don't sell them or give them to anyone.

What is kept, for how long, and how it is deleted.

When you press one of the buttons that send an order or an enquiry (WhatsApp, e-mail, SMS, Instagram or Call), the same message you see in the preview also reaches me, on sorich.hr. That way no enquiry slips past me, even when the message is never sent in the end.

• What is kept: the order or enquiry message and the contact details you typed into the form yourself, with the time it was sent, the page and the button you pressed.
• Where: only on the sorich.hr server, outside the public folder, so it cannot be opened from the internet. The copy is not sent by e-mail.
• For how long: 12 months. After that it is deleted automatically.
• How to have it deleted sooner: write to me at ante.soric@sorich.hr and I will delete it from the server.

The answers you choose in the form are also remembered by your browser, only on your device, so you can carry on where you stopped. It never remembers your name, number or other contact details. When you send the message, the remembered answers are deleted.

Personal data.

The controller of your personal data is SORICH, obrt za računarstvo, owned by Ante Sorić, Antuna Gustava Matoša 3, 21218 Seget Donji, Croatia, OIB 04144557857. For anything about your data, write to ante.soric@sorich.hr or by post to the same address.

What I process, why, and on what legal basis:

• Messages, enquiries and orders. What you write to me or type into a form (the message, your name, number, business and town) I use to reply, prepare a calculation and do the work. The basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
• The copy of a sent message on sorich.hr (described above): the same basis, steps at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). It is kept for 12 months and then deletes itself.
• Visitor statistics (described above): no cookies and nothing that could identify you. The basis is the legitimate interest of knowing which pages people read and what needs fixing (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• The map on the Work page (described below): only once you reach it, your browser sends your IP address to the map's servers, which are not mine and may be outside the European Union. The basis is the legitimate interest of showing where the clients are (Art. 6(1)(f)).

I keep messages and contact details for as long as I need them to answer the enquiry and do the work, and invoice details for as long as the tax rules require. None of it is required, but with no contact at all I cannot reply. I make no automated decisions and build no profiles.

You have the right to ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send the request to ante.soric@sorich.hr, and I reply within one month at the latest.

If you believe I process your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), azop.hr.

Prices and calculations.

Prices are final amounts, with nothing added on top. The price list and calculations are for information only and are not an offer. We agree the scope and price together, in person, by phone or by message, before I start work.

The business is not in the VAT system (value added tax). Invoices are issued without VAT: none is charged or shown on them, so the prices on this site and in its calculations are final amounts.

Order terms.

Nothing on this site is a binding offer. What you put together in a form is an informative calculation, and once you send it to me, it is an enquiry or an order that we still confirm together.

The contract is made when we agree the scope and price together, in person, by phone or by message, before I start work. How payment works and how long things take is on the Pricing page, and for each job the payment and the deadline are confirmed in that agreement.

I hand over cards, stands and 3D pieces in person in Split and Trogir, or send them by post within Croatia. Postage is €5, and free on an order of €100 or more.

Right of withdrawal.

This applies if you are a consumer, that is, if you order as a private person for your own personal use. When you order as a business or a company, these consumer rights do not apply.

Under the Croatian Consumer Protection Act, you may withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance (by message, e-mail or phone) or off business premises within 14 days, without giving any reason. For goods the period runs from the day you receive them, and for a service from the day the contract is concluded.

You have no right of withdrawal:

• for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you. Cards, stands and 3D pieces I make with your name, logo, design or printed code are such goods;
• for a service that has been fully performed, if the work began with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

If you expressly asked me to start a service before the period ends and then withdraw, you pay a proportionate amount for what has been done up to then.

To withdraw, send me a clear statement saying so, by e-mail to ante.soric@sorich.hr or by post to SORICH, obrt za računarstvo, Antuna Gustava Matoša 3, 21218 Seget Donji, Croatia. You may use the form below, but you do not have to. The deadline is met if you send the statement before it runs out.

After a withdrawal I refund everything you paid me, postage included, within 14 days of receiving your statement. I refund by the same means of payment you used, unless we expressly agree otherwise, and you pay no fee for the refund.

For goods, I may hold back the refund until I have received them back or you have sent me proof that you sent them, whichever comes first. Send the goods back within 14 days of sending me your statement; the direct cost of returning them is yours.

Complaints.

If you are not satisfied with a product or a service, you can send me a complaint in writing: by e-mail to ante.soric@sorich.hr or by post to the business's address, Antuna Gustava Matoša 3, 21218 Seget Donji, Croatia. I confirm receipt without delay and send a written reply within 15 days of receiving it.

Fonts and scripts.

The fonts and every script, the library that draws the map included, load from this site. Only the visit counter described above and, on the Work page, the map described below are fetched from other servers.

The map on the Work page.

The map on the Work page is the only place on this site that loads anything from other servers, and only once you reach it. Your browser then fetches the map tiles and place names from OpenFreeMap (tiles.openfreemap.org; data © OpenMapTiles and OpenStreetMap contributors, served through Cloudflare) and the terrain from Terrain Tiles on Amazon S3 (elevation-tiles-prod.s3.amazonaws.com; EU-DEM data from Copernicus and SRTM data from the USGS). Like any server, they see your IP address and which part of the map you are looking at, and they store no cookies. The library that draws the map, MapLibre, is served from this site. With scripting off or without a connection, a drawn map from this site stands in its place and nothing is fetched.
