A guide that answers your guests before they ask.

Wi-Fi, arrival, house rules, beaches and tips on your guest's phone, in their language, and once opened with a signal it keeps working when there is none.

What it looks like.

A guest guide on a phone

An example guest guide on a phone: Wi-Fi, arrival, house rules and tips in one place.

What's included.

Everything in one place.

Wi-Fi, arrival and departure, house rules, beaches and local tips. The things a guest would otherwise message you about, late in the evening.

In your guests' languages.

The guest opens the guide in their own language. I write the text from what you tell me, and you approve it.

Works without a signal.

Once opened with a signal, the guide keeps working in a stone cellar, on the beach or on the ferry.

Every apartment its own guide.

Each unit gets its own guide at its own address, with its own Wi-Fi and instructions, so no guest reads someone else's door code.

No app, no sign-in.

The guide opens in the browser, from a QR code or a tap of a card. The guest installs nothing and types nothing.

Ready to print too.

With the guide you get a print-ready PDF and a QR code to put up in the apartment.

Send an enquiry
  1. Get in touch

Send an enquiry or message me on WhatsApp. I reply within 24 hours.

  2. Tell me about the place

How to get in, where to park, what guests always ask and what you recommend. In person, by phone or by message.

  3. You get a written offer

A written offer with scope, price and timing, before anything starts.

  4. The build

I write and put together the guide in your guests' languages, and you read it and approve it.

  5. Launch and payment

The guide goes live, and you get the PDF and the QR code for print. Up to €1,000 you pay at launch; above that, half at the start and half at launch.

What I need from you.

  • The Wi-Fi network name and password
  • Directions for arrival, getting in and parking
  • House rules and check-in and check-out times
  • Your tips: beaches, restaurants, shops, trips
  • Photographs of the entrance and anything guests need to be shown, if you have them
  • The languages your guests most often write in

I write the copy; you just approve it.

I'm not in the VAT system — the price you see is the price you pay, with no 25% VAT on top.

Prices are final amounts, with nothing added on top. The price list and calculations are for information only and are not an offer. We agree the scope and price together, in person, by phone or by message, before I start work.

Partners and perks.

The guide can also carry the places nearby that you recommend: a konoba, a taxi, a trip or a shop, with a perk for your guests if the partner offers one. The recommendations carry no commission, unless you arrange otherwise with the partner yourself.

Recommendations you stand behind.

Only places you would recommend yourself, with the address and contact.

A perk for your guests.

If a partner offers a discount or a gift to guests from the guide, it says so beside their recommendation.

No commission.

Nobody takes a cut on the recommendations, unless you arrange otherwise with the partner.

How it works: The questions guests ask at 11 pm

What isn't included.

  • A card or sticker that opens the guide (separate, €35 or €10)
  • A site with booking enquiries (separate, as a rental website)
  • On-location photography (separate, €100)
  • Larger changes and new content outside the scope (€35/h or by agreement, priced before the work)

Who already has it.

The first clients for this are still to come.

Who it is for.

What if.

Does a guest have to install an app?

No. The guide opens in the browser, from a QR code or a tap of a card. Anyone who wants to can save it to their home screen.

What if there's no signal in the apartment?

It is enough for a guest to open the guide once with a signal. From then on it works when there is none, in a cellar, on the beach or on a boat.

What does it cost after the first year?

On a sorich.hr address, €5/month per unit. On your own domain, €150 a year, covering every unit on that domain.

Who changes the content?

I do. Send the new password, tip or rule and I put it in the guide within 24 hours. Small changes like these are included in the hosting. A new language, a new section or a new look I do by the hour, €35/h, always priced before the work, and a new unit has its own price, from €150.

What if you stop working?

Whenever you ask, you get everything: the content, the guide's files and the print PDF. The guide is a folder of files any plain host can serve over the web. The sorich.hr address stays mine, but I help you move to your own domain and set up a redirect.
