How this works.

One human studio, no agency dance. Four stops from “tell me about your place” to “your URL is live”. Two rounds of revisions baked in, the whole thing online within seven days of our first call.

    You send a message

    The form at the bottom, or email me directly. A paragraph about your place is plenty — I'll reply within the day.

  2. DAY 1

    15-minute call

    We look at your photos together. I take notes on tone, routine, the questions guests always ask. You send me what you have.

  3. DAYS 3–6

    First draft + 2 revisions

    A real URL you can open on your phone within 72 hours. Two rounds of edits included — change the photos, sharpen the tone, swap the routine.

  4. DAY 7

    Live online

    Your guide goes live on yourplace.sorich.hr or your own domain. PDF delivered. QR code if you want one. Done.

Things people actually ask.

Why monthly hosting? Can't I just buy the PDF?
You can — €99 once, you keep the PDF forever, host it yourself, done. The monthly fee buys two specific things: the URL stays alive on a tuned host, and small edits stop getting billed per hour. New phone for the wifi? Cleaning schedule changed? Tell me, it's in. That's not software-as-a-service — it's a craftsman on retainer.
What if I want to leave later?
You take the PDF and the static export of your guide and you go. No data lock-in, no “you'll lose your guests' access” pressure. I built this for hosts I want to keep by being good, not by being sticky.
Why not just a Canva PDF?
You can do that — most hosts have, and the reason guests don't read those is because they look like assignments. Sorich Booklet looks like a small-circulation magazine: editorial typography, your photos given air, a tone that matches your place. Guests read it because it doesn't feel like work.
What languages can you do?
Croatian + English are in the €99 setup. Need more (DE, IT, FR, NL)? Ask me when we talk — small add-on fee depending on how much copy your place needs. I'm fluent in HR and EN; other languages are professionally translated and checked.
Can you use my own domain instead of yourplace.sorich.hr?
Yes — that's the €15/mo Personal Domaintier. If you already own a domain, I configure the DNS and we're live in about a day. If you don't, I help you pick one (yourplace.hr, yourvilla.com) and handle the registration and annual renewal for you.
Will it work on my guests' phones?
The guide is mobile-first and works offline once installed. Tested on iPhone Safari, Samsung Internet, and Chrome on Android — including the budget Androids most guests actually carry.
