I'm not in the VAT system — the price you see is the price you pay, with no 25% VAT on top.
Prices are final amounts, with nothing added on top. The price list and calculations are for information only and are not an offer. We agree the scope and price together, in person, by phone or by message, before I start work.

What if.
Can owners see each other's data?
No. After signing in, each owner sees only their own units. The comparison of all units is visible to you alone.
Where does the portal get its data?
From the system you already keep your bookings in, if it can be connected. If it can't, we agree another way, such as a regular export. I check what is possible before the offer.
Does the portal replace my booking system?
No. You keep your bookings where you keep them now, and the portal shows owners what they want to know.
What does the care plan cost?
The portal is an app with sign-in and a database, so its care depends on the number of units and owners. We agree it in the written offer, priced before any work starts.
Whose is the data?
Yours. The booking and owner data belongs to you, and you get it whenever you ask.
