- We meet
I suggest we meet in person, where that is possible, and go through the apartments, the languages your guests write in and what they ask most.
- You get a written offer
A written offer with scope, price and timing, before anything starts.
- The build
I build the site around your apartments, and you see the home page before anything else is built. Two rounds of design changes are in the price.
- Launch and payment
The site goes live. Up to €1,000 you pay at launch; above that, half at the start and half at launch.

I'm not in the VAT system — the price you see is the price you pay, with no 25% VAT on top.
Prices are final amounts, with nothing added on top. The price list and calculations are for information only and are not an offer. We agree the scope and price together, in person, by phone or by message, before I start work.
What isn't included.
- Charging guests or taking card payments on the site
- Showing free dates or confirming automatically: the guest asks for dates, and you confirm them yourself, by message
- Managing listings and prices on Booking and Airbnb
- A guest guide (separate, €500)
- On-location photography (separate, €100)
What if.
Can two guests end up asking for the same dates?
Yes, because an enquiry from the site is not a booking. The site doesn't know which dates are taken, so the guest asks, and you confirm the dates by message once you've checked wherever you keep your bookings. The decision always stays with you.
Do I have to take my apartments off Booking and Airbnb?
No. The site works alongside them, not instead of them. The platforms keep bringing new guests, and a guest who finds you directly messages you.
Do you take a commission?
No. You pay for the build and the care plan, €150 a year, and every booking from the site is yours, with no percentage.
Is the site mine?
It is yours whenever you ask for it. While I build and look after it, the site sits with me. Whenever you ask, you get the content, the code and the hosting, with no notice period and nothing held back, and the domain if the domain is yours.
Is there a package with the guest guide?
Yes. The hosts' package is a rental website, a guest guide and a guide card, from €1,380 instead of €1,535.
